How To Wake Up Early On A School Day
A notable attribute of a good student is being punctual to school ,even when it is most difficult.
It could be one of those things you really desire to do,but also come short for a reason.You're not alone.

Fred said 'Before i go to bed ,I tell myself that I'll wake up early to prepare for school the next day.The next time I open my eyes,it's 7:00am.

Getting to school early is a lot easier if you can manage to leave bed early in the morning and in this post we'll discuss five tips that will help you wake up early on a school day.


1.Go To Bed Early

This is an open secret. If you wish to get up from the bed early, then you must be in bed early. If you sleep late at night then you'll wake up late in the morning or not fully fit if you try to leave bed early. 

Set a bedtime or sleep routine and stick with it. Disengage yourself from every other activity like social network or a movie before you sleep. Sound sleep is hyper cool for your health. 
Remember you should get at least seven to nine hours of sleep every night to keep you fit.


    2.Sleep In Total Darkness 

    The hormone melatonin produced by your body during sleep, gets more active in the presence of light and makes you sleep longer. Therefore,switch off the lights before you go to bed and you'll most definitely wake up early the next day.


      3.Stay Away From Your Phone 

      This is to avoid having to spend time on it when you should be sleeping.You can give it to your parents or keep it at a place where you can't easily get to it from bed.

      If you do not have a cell,then get rid of any distractions that will keep you awake.
      Make getting enough sleep a priority.


      4.Avoid Consuming A Lot Of Food At Night

      It would be easier to leave bed in the morning when you feel light.Taking a lot of food before bedtime makes this pretty difficult.


      5.Set An Alarm 

      We advice you set your alarm clock a bit earlier than you'd usually want to wake up. For instance,5:55 am instead of 6:00am. This is to afford you a little time to leave the bed.
      Put your alarm clock or device across the room. That way you wouldn't be able to hit the snooze button when it comes calling.


        6.Let Everyone At Home Know

        If you eventually miss your wake up routine at home then someone else can easily wake you up.
